I started my journey in the world of fitness in 2003.I hold the various qualifications personal & advance personal trainer certification from k11 and Personal trainer certification from gold gym. I have designed workout regimes that target weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, flexibility, muscle strength. I believe in quality training which means that each session is tailored to individual needs and goals, where progress is regularly monitored.I believe it is essential to educate my clients about the process of fitness in order to gain the best results without¬† facing any ¬†problems along the way.
